I haven’t really wanted to blog or vlog, but my upper back has been killing me. I can’t figure out what is the cause of the problem, but the last week and a half has been bad. I plan on getting back in the gym tomorow and getting the new year kicked off just right!

Man it has been busy. I have managed to squeeze in a few workouts and the diet plan is ok, but not perfect. I just want to come out of the holidays even! Vlog is posted below just to remind us what the season is all about!

Well, I am having some problems with getting to video blog, hopefully tomorrow night I can get that worked out. Sorry about that, but that is just life. Diet plan has been a little tougher today, what was I thinking when we decided to make a Gingerbread house with the kids.

Well the last few days have been incredibly busy. I haven’t been able to work out since my last post, but I have stayed on my diet plan. It has not been perfect but I got a was able to stay fairly close to my diet plan. I am suffering from a hurt upper back right now, but hopefully it will get better. See you tomorrow on the video blog.
